Why you start a business
From startup until success, many important reasons play an effective
roll, of which the most effective to me is why you start a business. Most
common reasons behind business startups are like; having more time and money in
shorter period of time, raising the material standards of one’s life, or some
wishes of parents etc.
Why you fail
All of these reasons generally fail to be effective when we
start facing the hardships, complexities, fluctuations and competitions. Most
of us get disappointed and decide to quit in first ten years of their business
but quitters bear one question in their brains (until they find a satisfactory answer)
why after having all the technical and financial facilities my business failed?
The answer my friends is the right frame
of mind. The right drive constructs the right frame of mind that we usually
miss while doing a business.
You need a big drive
To build a big business we need a big drive. Desires like
having a big house are true but they don’t keep you going for long because
these desires are limited to you and your family. Big drive is related to other
humans being and that is your unending source of energy needed to attract more
customers. So the services of the humanity through service your customers is
your business magnet. Consider yourself a servant to your customers and sell
them your products for their genuine benefits. All big businesses in the world
were started with the spirit to serve. And if you do the same, this changed
thinking will change your behavior with the customers. The very customers who
you looked upon as paying goats five minutes ago, will become living human
beings for you, and when you take them as your benefactors, friends; you win
their hearts. Focus on winning the customers’ hearts, not pockets. Once their
hearts are won, they are bound to give you business.
Another way
Let us look at it in another way; when your friend or
respected one refers a customer to you, you become more courteous to that
customer to regard the sender’s credibility. How about the customer referred to
you by God? Don’t they deserve your love and care? They do, yes the do. My
friends change your way of looking at dealing with customers to turn your
drowning dealings into multiplied and soaring sales, happening to you every
minute of every day because you deal human beings with humanity.
